以1-(2-吡啶基)哌嗪[1-(2-P)P]作为吸收液,使用安捷伦1100型高效液相色谱仪,选择反相HPLC系统及Diamonsil C18(2)柱,当流速为0.6 ml/min时,利用1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯(HDI)与1-(2-P)P反应生成稳定的尿素衍生物,后者在DAD检测器254 nm处有强烈吸收,其吸收值与含量呈正比,对HDI进行测定。结果显示,浓度在0~5.0μg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程Y=370.4X+13.2,相关系数r=0.9997,最低检测浓度为0.25μg/L,重现性试验相对标准差(RSD)为5.65%~8.68%,试验回收率为93.5%~103.5%,样品贮存14 d,稳定性>95%。使用C18柱DAD高效液相色谱法对1-(2-P)P吸收液中的HDI进行检测是一种简单、快速、准确、环保且易于普及推广的方法。
