采用正交试验设计方法,对9根钢管玄武岩纤维混凝土短柱进行轴心受压试验,研究玄武岩纤维掺量、含钢率和混凝土强度三个因素对短柱轴压性能的影响。试验结果表明:试件含钢率对其承载力影响显著,纤维掺量次之,混凝土强度影响不明显;混凝土强度等级为C60、纤维掺量为0.1%和钢管壁厚为6 mm时的承载力均比同因素下其他水平对应的值高;适当掺入玄武岩纤维可提高短柱承载力;随着含钢率的增加,短柱承载力与延性均有增大。
The axial compressive tests of nine steel-fiber basalt fiber reinforced concrete short columns were carried out by orthogonal experimental design method. The effects of three factors of basalt fiber content, steel content and concrete strength on the axial compression properties of short columns were investigated. The test results show that the steel content of the test piece has a significant effect on the bearing capacity, the fiber content is the second, and the influence of concrete strength is insignificant. The bearing strength of concrete with C60, fiber content of 0.1% and steel pipe wall thickness of 6 mm The results show that the strength of the short column is higher than that of the other factors under the same factor. The proper incorporation of basalt fiber can increase the bearing capacity of the short column. With the increase of the steel content, the bearing capacity and ductility of the short column increase.
