论争档案:北村,本名康洪,基督教教徒。北村的小说创作是从先锋小说开始,1992年3月,北村因精神遇到危机皈依了基督教,成了一名虔诚的基督教徒。从此北村个人创作出现了转型,从先锋小说创作转向关注人的灵魂、人性和终极价值的探索,其标志是1993年出版的长篇小说《施洗的河》(以下简称《施》),这部小说在文坛引起了强烈反响,作为转型之作,评论者基本上从精神层面上肯定了北村的神性写作。
