辽宁省经委委托辽宁省冶金厅于1987年11月在营口市主持了营口铝框格厂皇冠牌R_(54)、R_(80)系列铝窗产品的投产鉴定会议。参加会议的来自全国的工程技术人员共70人。与会者通过认真的讨论,认为该厂生产的皇冠牌系列铝窗在国内处于领先地位,技术和设备比较先进,鉴定委员会一致认为:
The Provincial Economic Commission of Liaoning Province entrusted the Metallurgy Department of Liaoning Province in November 1987 in Yingkou City to preside over the commissioning meeting for the production of the R_(54) and R_(80) series aluminum window products for the Yingkou Aluminum Sash Factory. A total of 70 engineers and technicians from all over the country participated in the conference. Through serious discussions, the participants believed that the crown brand aluminum windows produced by this factory are in the leading position in China, with relatively advanced technologies and equipment. The appraisal committee agreed that:
