由上腔静脉内膜结核所引起的上腔静脉阻塞综合病征,国内尚无报告。本院曾发现一例,经尸体解剖证实,报告于下: 患者,男性,44岁,于1957年1月18日入院。患者于1953年8月间,初次发现颜面浮肿,头晕及尿量减少现象。当时医师初步诊断为胸膜炎,及肺肿瘤等。此后3～4年来,曾数次反复发生颜面浮肿,轻度气促,严重时端坐呼吸,面色发绀,每于休息后,症状即见减轻或消失。住院前二个月,又发生同样症状,病势日趋严重,气促增剧,尿量减少;住院前20天,上下肢逐渐浮肿;病程中无胸痛,腹痛,发热等症状。 Inferior vena cava caused by the superior vena cava obstruction syndrome, there is no report in China. Patients in August 1953, for the first time found that facial edema, dizziness and decreased urine output. Doctors initially diagnosed as pleurisy, and lung cancer. Since then 3 to 4 years, had several repeated facial edema, mild shortness of breath, severe breathing when sitting, looking cyanotic, each after the rest, the symptoms that reduce or disappear. Two months before the hospitalization, the same symptoms occurred again. The disease became more and more serious. The symptoms of shortness of breath increased gradually and the urine output decreased. In the 20 days before hospitalization, the upper and lower extremities gradually developed edema. There was no chest pain, abdominal pain and fever in the course of the disease.
