本文以转鼓过滤进行固液分离后接溶剂萃取纯化铀的流程为基准,同其他四种流程作了比较。这四种流程采用逆流倾析或带式过滤机进行固液分离,后接溶剂萃取或连续离子交换加溶剂萃取纯化铀。估算了销售收入、税金、投资费用和生产费用。根据上述收入和支出,在十五年的生产期间,每年的资金运用贴现率(the dis counting 0f cash flows)按25%计算了每种流程的净现值增量(in cremental net present value)。通过上述五种流程的比较得出,采用带式过滤进行固液分离后接连续离子交换加溶剂萃取流程的净现值(NPV)为最大。
In this paper, the drum filtration solid-liquid separation followed by solvent extraction and purification of uranium as a benchmark, with the other four processes were compared. These four processes use a countercurrent decantation or belt filter for solid-liquid separation followed by solvent extraction or continuous ion exchange and solvent extraction to purify uranium. Estimated sales revenue, taxes, investment costs and production costs. Based on the above income and expenses, the annual cash flow of the dis counting 0f cash flows is calculated at 25% of the incremental net present value of each process during the fifteen years of production. Through the comparison of the above five processes, it is concluded that the net present value (NPV) of the process of continuous ion-exchange and solvent extraction after the solid-liquid separation by the belt filtration is the maximum.
