全苏压缩机科学研究所研制了一种带扭曲叶片的离心式压缩机工作轮的制造方法,工作轮由叶片、轮盘和轮盖等单个元件组成,并以真空钎焊连接在一起。这种方法能确保工作轮通流部分符合空气动力性能的要求。 叶片是在专用的冲模中进行冲制的(图1)。冲头1和下冲2的工作面形状是以弹性变形值来校正的,冲制叶片的弹性变形计算方法在文献〔1、2〕已有所叙述。但是适当选择叶片的加热规范和稳定热处理,例如用09X15H8Ю材料做叶片时,可不按冲制材料的弹性变形值来校正冲头和下冲的工作面形状。
The Institute of Compressor Technology has developed a method for manufacturing a working wheel of a centrifugal compressor with a twisted blade. The working wheel is made up of individual components such as a blade, a wheel disc and a wheel cover, and is vacuum brazed together. This method ensures that the working-wheel flow part meets the aerodynamic performance requirements. The blades are punched in a dedicated die (Figure 1). The shape of the working face of the punch 1 and the undershoot 2 is corrected by the value of elastic deformation, and the method of calculating the elastic deformation of the bladed blade has been described in the literature [1,2]. However, proper choice of blade heating specifications and stable heat treatment, such as leaves made of 09X15H8Ю material, may not be punched material elastic deformation value to correct punch and undershooting shape.
