在既有建筑结构的使用过程中,由于其使用功能或者使用期限的变更、结构腐蚀、遭遇地震、火灾等自然灾害的袭击等众多因素的影响,都需要对建筑结构的性能进行检测和评估,建筑结构的质量安全性检测鉴定是一项具有社会效益和经济效益的工作,需要有一套科学的检测鉴定方法。目前我国经常使用的鉴定方法包括传统经验法、实用鉴定法、概率鉴定法。可以结合场地的调查结果,确定鉴定依据、规范、标准,然后采用相关检测手段进行检测,并根据检测结果进行复核计算、综合分析,最终对建筑结构的质量安全性做出科学准确的鉴定。
