为了探索适用于天然酯绝缘油的油中溶解气体分析方法(DGA),需要研究特征气体在天然酯绝缘油中的溶解特性.以FR3(R)绝缘油、精炼大豆绝缘油和甲酯化菜籽绝缘油等天然酯绝缘油为研究对象,以25号矿物绝缘油为参照,测定了温度为30~70℃时H2、CO、CO2、CH4、C2H4、C2H6、C2H2等7种故障诊断特征气体在4种绝缘油中的Ostwald平衡常数(K).通过对K和温度(θ)的拟合,得到7种特征气体在4种绝缘油中的28组K-θ模型方程,该方程可以推算其他温度下任意特征气体在绝缘油中的K.通过各特征气体在同一种绝缘油中K-θ变化曲线对比发现:4种绝缘油中烃类气体的溶解度大小顺序为:K(C2H6)>K(C2H4)≈K(C2H2)>K(CH4);非烃类气体溶解度大小顺序为:K(CO2)>K(CO)>K(H2).“,”In order to explore suitable dissolved gas analysis (DGA) method for natural ester insulating oil,the dissolution properties of characteristic gases in nature ester insulating oils need to be studied.So dissolution properties of characteristic gases in 3 kinds of nature ester insulating oils (including FR3(R) nature ester,Refined soybean insulating oil,and Methyl rapeseed insulating oil) were studied with a kind of mineral insulating oil as a reference.The Ostwald equilibrium constants (K) of seven kinds of fault diagnosis characteristic gases (including H2,CO,CO2,CH4,C2H4,C2H6,and C2H2) in the four kinds of insulating oil were measured at various temperatures (θ) between 30 ℃ to 70 ℃.Through the Ostwald equilibrium constant (K) and temperature (θ) matching,28 groups of K-θ model equation of the seven characteristic gases in the four kinds of insulating oil were established,and the other K could be calculated according to temperature of some characteristic gas in some kind of insulating oil.Through comparison of the characteristic gases K-θ curve in the same kind of insulating oil,hydrocarbon gases solubility in four kinds of insulating oil in size order can be found as follows:K(C2H6)>K(C2Ha)≈K(C2H2)>K(CH4),non hydrocarbon gases solubility in size order as follows:K(CO2)>K(CO)>K(H2).
