随着经济体制改革的逐步深入和横向经济联合的发展,一种新的企业组织形式——企业集团,在我国应运而生,并迅速发展。这些集团资产雄厚,实现纵横联合,融生产、科研于一体,显示出强大经济实力,对于培育产业组织新形式,促进大规模经济发展,具有十分重要意义。从企业界兴起的这股深层次的改革热潮也迅速波及出版界,一种编、印、发纵向联合,产销互为一体的“出版发行联合集团”随之崛起,笔者认为,尽管目前这类“出版集团”还很不成熟,数量也不多,但它的出现说明我国出版改革已进入一个新层次,开始,触及一些带有根本性、全局性的机制调整和优化重组等问题,这是十分可喜的。 With the gradual deepening of the reform of the economic system and the development of the horizontal economy, a new form of enterprise organization, a group of enterprises, came into being in our country and developed rapidly.
