积压商品推销问题 (77)某零售商店现有16时彩色电视机一批,每台售价1,220元。销量很小而库存很大,已呈积压趋势,急待推销。现有三种处理方案: 甲方案:采用分期收款方式推销。顾客提货时先收200元,其余1,020元分12个月收清,每月底收85元(按复利月息6‰计)。乙方案:采用削价方式推销,以1,200元出售,同时每购一台彩电,赠送室外天线架一付(售价8.09元)。丙方案:维持原售价,等待销售机会。根据历史资料预测,可望于春节前的旺季市场内销出。现离春节尚有六个半月(进销差率为9%,按进价每月负担单利6‰)。试评价各方案,并决定取舍。
