用光镜和电镜研究了 4份优质茶树资源 (蓝标 1、汝城白毛茶、日铸茶和云桂大叶 )及其扦插繁殖后代的花粉遗传稳定性。结果表明 :4份资源与其扦插后代的花粉大小、形状、平均轴径及P/E值均无显著差异。对蓝标 1、汝城白毛茶及其扦插后代花粉外壁纹饰的三维分析结果表明 ,它们各自与其扦插后代的凹穴数量、密度、两凹穴间的最小距离或凹穴最小面积均较相似 ;对日铸茶、云桂大叶及其扦插后代的花粉外壁纹饰平面分析结果表明 ,它们各自与其扦插后代的长脊长度、粗脊粗度、大穴及小穴长径均基本接近。花粉外壁超微结构所显示的覆盖层、柱状层、基层和外壁内层的形状或厚度 ,4份优质资源与其扦插后代均无明显变化。因此 ,蓝标 1、汝城白毛茶、日铸茶和云桂大叶的无性后代 ,其花粉遗传性是基本稳定的
The genetic stability of pollen in four high-quality tea resources (blue-labeled 1, Rucheng white-tea, RCCA, and Yungui large-leaved) and their cuttings were studied by light and electron microscopy. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the pollen size, shape, average axis diameter and P / E between four cultivars and their cuttings. The results of three-dimensional analysis of the blue mark 1, pollen exosmosis of Rucheng Baimao tea and its progeny cuttings showed that they were similar to the number of cuttings, the density, the minimum distance between the two cuttings or the minimum area of the cuttings. The results of plane analysis of pollen exosmosis of Japanese cast tea, big leaf of U. virens and their progenies showed that they were almost the same as the long ridges, rough ridges, long and small lions of their cuttings. The ultrastructure of the pollen wall shows the shape or thickness of the inner layer, the columnar layer, the base layer and the outer wall of the pollen outer wall, and no significant change was observed in the four quality resources and the cuttings. Therefore, the blue-labeled 1, Rucheng white Mao tea, Japanese cast tea and large leaves of the non-sexual offspring, the pollen heredity is basically stable
