本研究比较了鼠尾藻醇提取物(ST_1,ST_2,ST_3)体外抑制人食管癌细胞株(Ec-(109))的生理活性。结果表明,浓度为100mg/mL的不同提取物作用48h后均出现明显抑制,细胞大部分脱落,抑制率在75%—95%之问;当浓度为50mg/mL,抑制率保持在30%以上;25mg/mL以下浓度仍表现出显著效果。以5%浓度,445mg/kg ip连续10d对小鼠肉瘤S_(180)均有效果。 对提取物的生化研究发现,ST_3对荷瘤鼠血浆巯基(SH)含量有明显影响。ST_1和ST_3对荷瘤鼠血浆A/G比值有显著影响,结果提高了血浆内球蛋白浓度。ST_1对荷瘤鼠压积红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)有一定的影响,试验组SOD活性较对照低30%。ST_2可刺激人粒细胞超氧阴离子自由基(O_2)的释放,表明ST_2对粒细胞有激活作用。
In this study, we compared the physiological activities of the extracts of Strenna algae (ST_1, ST_2, ST_3) in vitro on human esophageal cancer cell lines (Ec-(109)). The results showed that different concentrations of 100mg/mL of the extract after 48h showed significant inhibition, most of the cells fall off, inhibition rate of 75% -95% of the question; when the concentration of 50mg/mL, the inhibition rate remained above 30% ; Below 25mg/mL concentration still showed a significant effect. In 5% concentration, 445mg/kg ip for 10 days was effective for S180 mouse sarcoma. The biochemical study of the extract found that ST_3 had a significant effect on the plasma thiol (SH) content in tumor-bearing mice. ST_1 and ST_3 had a significant effect on the plasma A/G ratio of tumor-bearing mice, resulting in increased plasma globulin concentrations. ST_1 had a certain effect on the superoxide dismutase (SOD) of the erythrocytes of the tumor-bearing mice. The SOD activity of the experimental group was 30% lower than that of the control. ST_2 can stimulate the release of superoxide anion free radical (O_2) in human granulocytes, indicating that ST_2 can activate granulocytes.
