针对铝合金的焊接变形,本文以6005A铝型材为研究对象,采用火焰加热对其焊接变形矫正,研究了两种矫正温度下焊缝的组织和性能。试验结果表明:火焰矫正温度对接头的抗拉强度、焊缝附近硬度以及对接头软化区的晶粒影响较大,100℃时基本无变化,400℃时接头抗拉强度则仅为加热前的67%,焊缝附近硬度降低,软化区扩大;火焰矫正温度对接头的晶粒影响亦较大,100℃时晶粒基本无变化,400℃时则晶粒显著粗化。
Aiming at the welding deformation of aluminum alloy, this paper takes 6005A aluminum profile as the research object, and uses the flame heating to correct the welding deformation. The microstructure and properties of the weld under the two corrective temperatures are studied. The experimental results show that the temperature of flame rectification has a great influence on the tensile strength of the joint, the hardness near the weld joint and the grain size of the softened zone of the joint. At the temperature of 100 ℃, there is almost no change. The tensile strength of the joint at 400 ℃ is only 67%, the hardness near the weld decreases, and the softened zone expands. The temperature of the flame corrects the grain size of the joint to be larger. At 100 ° C, the grain does not substantially change and the grain coarsens significantly at 400 ° C.
