双层摊铺压实质量控制较传统摊铺更为重要,为了建立在同等压实功下沥青路面双层摊铺与传统摊铺厚度等效转换关系,以中面层AC-20为研究对象通过室内正交试验设计借助非标准马歇尔试验分析了温度、厚度对混合料压实度的影响程度并进行对比分析,在柯布-道格拉斯方程基础上应用麦夸特(Marquardt)方法并借助DPS数据处理系统获得混合料压实度与温度、厚度之间的定量关系。试验分析结果表明:混合料温度对压实度的影响比厚度对压实度影响大,保证了在一定范围内的双层摊铺混合料压实度能够满足规范要求;混合料密度同温度、厚度存在定量关系ρ=2.162T0.119H-0.113;依据混合料密度同温度、厚度定量关系得到,双层摊铺10 cm沥青混凝土相当于传统摊铺8.8 cm。
