目的 探讨青春期前单纯性小阴茎患儿血清睾酮 (T)、促黄体素 (LH)和促卵泡素 (FSH)在人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (hCG)治疗前后的变化。方法 用放免法测定 89例青春期前单纯性小阴茎患儿血清T、LH、FSH。患儿经hCG治疗 (总剂量 10 0 0 0IU)后停药 ,并检测治疗后半个月、3个月、6个月、12个月时血清T、LH、FSH。同时检测 89例对照组儿童血清T、LH、FSH。结果 小阴茎患儿治疗前T、LH、FSH水平均低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗后多数 (77例 )在阴茎长度增加同时伴有血清T水平上升 (P <0 0 1) ,并可维持至治疗后 12个月。部分 (12例 )治疗后阴茎长度无明显改变。治疗前后LH、FSH无明显差异。结论 青春期前单纯性小阴茎患儿血清睾酮值明显低于正常值。经hCG治疗后大多获得良好的临床疗效及血清睾酮水平的相应增高。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) before and after treatment of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in children with simple penis before puberty. Methods Serum T, LH and FSH in 89 pre-puberty small penis children were determined by radioimmunoassay. Children with hCG treatment (total dose of 10 000 IU) withdrawal, and test for half a month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, serum T, LH, FSH. Serum T, LH and FSH were also detected in 89 control children. Results Small penis children before treatment T, LH, FSH levels were lower than the control group (P <0 05). After treatment, the majority of the patients (77 cases) had increased penis length accompanied by an increase in serum T level (P <0.01), and remained for 12 months after treatment. Part (12 cases) did not change the penis length after treatment. Before and after treatment LH, FSH no significant difference. Conclusions Serum testosterone in children with simple small pre-puberty was significantly lower than normal. After the treatment of hCG most of the good clinical efficacy and serum testosterone levels increased accordingly.
