大白菜软腐病是生产上的一种毁灭性病害,长期以来缺乏有效的防治方法。1989年,临沂、德州两地区共同引进南京农业大学植病教研组研制的新型生物农药丰宁B_1,于小区试验的同时,在两地区26个县(市)的3万亩大白菜田进行示范推广。其中拌种加灌根(团棵期)1.3万亩;拌种1.0万亩;灌根0.7万亩. 小区试验结果表明,用丰宁B_1拌种和拌种加灌根两处理对软腐病的防治效果均达100%。前者亩产5667公斤,后者亩产6092.5公斤,分别比清水对照增产13%和22%,经方差分析和SSR检验,增产极显著。仅在团棵期灌根的防治效果为66.7%,增产3%,与对照差异不显著。
Soft rot of Chinese cabbage is a devastating disease in production and has long been lacking in effective prevention and treatment methods.
