医院经济管理对医院的可持续发展至关重要,经济管理部门要积极调整医院经济结构,用经济方法管理医院的业务活动和财务收支,加强对医院的经济活动进行计划、组织、指导等,推动医院进一步的建设发展。本文从满足人民群众不断增长的医疗保健需要出发,以医院经济管理工作为切入点,对加强医院经济管理工作进行了若干思考,旨在说明加强医院经济管理的重要性,以期指导实践。
The economic management of the hospital is crucial to the sustainable development of the hospital. The economic management department should actively adjust the economic structure of the hospital, manage the hospital’s business activities and financial revenues and expenditures with economic methods, and strengthen the planning, organization and guidance of the hospital’s economic activities, Promote the hospital’s further construction and development. This paper, starting from satisfying the growing medical and healthcare needs of the masses of the people and taking hospital economic management as the starting point, made some considerations on strengthening the economic management of the hospital. The purpose of this article is to illustrate the importance of strengthening the economic management of the hospital with a view to guiding practice.
