目的:从我国中草药中提取分离出几种精油成分:紫苏油,黑种草子油,佩兰油,荷叶油,美国P&GCo.的专家做抑菌杀菌的评价。方法:用超临界CO2萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法及溶剂法提取出以上几种成分。结果:超临界CO2萃取法提取出紫苏油,水蒸气蒸馏法得到黑种草子油、佩兰油,溶剂法得到荷叶油。结论:佩兰油和几种油的混合物对于金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcusaureus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichiacoli)、粘质沙雷菌(Serratiamarcescens)、白色念珠菌(Candidaalbicans)、黑曲霉(A.niger)等多种菌有较强的抑制和杀死作用,是较好的天然的杀菌剂。
OBJECTIVE: To extract and separate several essential oil components from Chinese herbal medicine: perilla oil, black grass seed oil, peland oil, lotus leaf oil, and the experts of P&G Co. of the United States for evaluation of bacteriostasis and sterilization. Methods: The above components were extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction, steam distillation and solvent extraction. RESULTS: Perilla oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction and black grass oil and peland oil were obtained by steam distillation. Solvent method was used to obtain lotus leaf oil. Conclusion: A mixture of peamine oil and several oils is available for Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Serratia marcescens, Candida albicans, A. niger, etc. The inoculum has a strong inhibitory and killing effect and is a good natural bactericide.
