一、问题的提出有效教学,是教师关注的重点和焦点,也是教学实践活动的一贯追求。随着课程改革的不断推进,教师的教学理念、教学模式、教学内容、教学方法等也随之发生了变化。这些变化势必会引发英语教师对有效教学理念及评价标准的反思。笔者就个人教学经验中总结出的不足和问题,这些问题集中体现在教学中存在的低效、无效甚至负效的教学行为;例如,教学理念陈旧、教学目标定位不准、教材使用不当、教学手段单一等。
First, the issue of effective teaching is the focus of teachers and focus, but also the consistent pursuit of teaching practice.
