用紫外线照射诱发小鼠外周血淋巴细胞和肠淋巴结细胞的UDS(DNA周期外合成Unscheduled DNA Synthesis)银颗粒数随照射剂量的增加而增加,以20J/m~2为最佳;观察了小鼠经0.5、1、2Gy γ线全身照射后3天肠淋巴结细胞的修复合成,发现0.5Gy组无明显变化,而其余两个照射组细胞中的银颗粒数都低于正常;用此法测定了急性淋巴细胞白血病病人外周血淋巴细胞的UDS,此方法能清晰地识别S期合成与UDS,发现病人UDS并无变化,只是S期细胞高于同批健康对照。
The number of silver particles in UDS (unscheduled DNA synthesis) induced by ultraviolet irradiation in peripheral blood lymphocytes and intestinal lymph node cells increased with the increase of irradiation dose, and the best was 20 J/m~2; mice were observed. After 3 days of total body irradiation of 0.5, 1 and 2 Gy γ lines, the repair of intestinal lymph node cells was found to have no significant changes in the 0.5 Gy group, while the number of silver particles in the other two irradiation groups was lower than normal; this method was used to determine The UDS of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. This method can clearly identify S phase synthesis and UDS, and found that there is no change in the patient’s UDS, except that S phase cells are higher than the same batch of healthy controls.
