1987~1989年用蝗虫微孢子虫防治草原蝗虫的田间试验研究表明,在草场上亩喷撒浓度为1.5×10~(?)个、1.5×10~(?)个和2.5×10~9个的蝗虫微孢子虫能够引起蝗虫的感染和死亡,蝗虫种类不同,感染率不同。感染高峰期平均感染率为26.67~64.88%,虫口减退率核正值以麸皮为载体,浓度为1.5×10~9个/亩处理的为49.90%;以麸皮、水为载体浓度为2.5×10~0个/亩处理的分别为44.93%和37.41%。试验还表明,蝗虫微孢子虫对蝗虫具有垂直传播的特性。
