在中小学篮球运球技术教学中,教师往往会采用直线运球的方式,导致课堂教学单调、枯燥,学生则表现出易疲劳、积极性不高等问题。对此,笔者结合长期的教学实践经验,从素质、技术、游戏相整合的角度设计了一些练习手段,收到了较好的效果。一、红绿灯(一)游戏目的提高学生的快速反应能力和变向运球技术;增强学生自觉遵守交通规则的意识,进一步加强安全教育。
In primary and secondary basketball dribble technical teaching, teachers often adopt the method of straight dribbling, resulting in monotonous and boring classroom teaching.
