目的观察PM2.5(Particulate Matter 2.5)升高对健康青年人群心率变异性时域参数的影响。方法选择健康青年人265例,男124例,女141例,平均年龄(38.57±5.72)岁。气象资料和PM2.5大气污染物监测资料来源于中国国家气象中心及北京市环境监测中心。选择2013年10月至2014年3月,PM2.5浓度超标相对较多的时期进行研究。选择空气质量指数(AQI)<50与AQI>200时,青年患者24h动态图心率变异性时域参数(Time Domain Index)进行分析。监测窦性搏动的心率变异性(HRV)时域参数包括:相邻正常RR间期差值超过50ms的百分比(PNN50)、NN间期标准差(SDNN)、NN间期平均值的标准差(SDANN)、全程间期之差的平方根(RMSSD),及三角指数。结果各年龄段男性组,心率变异性时域参数在正常范围内,与AQI<50时比较,AQI>200时,心率变异性时域参数无统计学差异;各年龄段女性组,心率变异性时域参数在正常范围内,与AQI<50时比较,AQI>200时,心率变异性时域参数无统计学差异。结论各年龄段青年男性和女性在AQI>200时,心率变异性时域参数维持在正常波动范围内,与AQI<50时无统计学差异。
Objective To observe the effect of PM2.5 (Particulate Matter 2.5) on the time-domain parameters of heart rate variability in healthy young people. Methods 265 healthy young people were selected, including 124 males and 141 females, with an average age of (38.57 ± 5.72) years. Meteorological data and PM2.5 air pollutant monitoring data from the China National Meteorological Center and the Beijing Municipal Environmental Monitoring Center. Select from October 2013 to March 2014, PM2.5 concentration exceeded the relatively high period of study. When the AQI <50 and AQI> 200 were selected, the 24-hour dynamic heart rate variability Time Domain Index of young patients was analyzed. The time-domain parameters for monitoring heart rate variability (HRV) of sinus beats include the percentage of PNN50, NN SDNN, SDANN), the square root of the difference between the entire durations (RMSSD), and the trigonometric index. Results The time domain parameters of heart rate variability in each age group were within the normal range. There was no significant difference in the time domain parameters of heart rate variability when the AQI was> 50 compared with the AQI <50. The heart rate variability Time domain parameters in the normal range, compared with the AQI <50, AQI> 200, the time domain parameters of heart rate variability no significant difference. Conclusions The time-domain parameters of heart rate variability in young men and women of all ages maintained within the normal range of fluctuation at AQI> 200, but no significant difference with AQI <50.
