新课程改革实施后,生物新课程标准在理念上发生了显著的变化,要求我们教师要关注每一位学生的全面发展,注重改革学习方式,重视学生的参与、探究和愉快学习.这在一定程度上给我们教师提出了挑战:教师要转变其角色.因此,本人从如下几方面谈点自己看法:(1)由教材使用者转变为教材设计者、组织者.(2)由独奏者转变为参与者.(3)由讲授者转变为引导者.随着新课程改革的大力实施,特别是现在是学讲方式提出
