本文介绍了一种数控式补偿密度测井地面仪的设计方案。仪器以八位微处理器Z80—CPU为核心,配有专用程序存储器EPROM、RAM,脉冲信号处理接口,LED字码显示器、专用键盘,数据输出通道等组成的一个实时数据采集、处理系统。本仪器可以方便地与任何型号(脉冲通过电缆传输)补偿密度井下仪器相配接,直接取代传统的模拟处理式密度面板,得到p_b、△p和φ_D。测量结果可以模拟量形式送JD581、3304等模拟记录设备,以四位十进制浮点实时显示,也能以并行半双工中断联络方式发往数字记录装置。
This paper presents a design scheme of a numerical control compensated density logging surface instrument. Instrument with eight microprocessor Z80-CPU as the core, with a dedicated program memory EPROM, RAM, pulse signal processing interface, LED code display, special keyboard, data output channels, such as a real-time data acquisition and processing system. The instrument can be easily and any model (pulse transmission through the cable) compensation density downhole equipment to match, directly replace the traditional analog processing density panel, get p_b, △ p and φ_D. Measurements can be sent to analog recording devices such as the JD581 and 3304 in analog form, displayed in real time using a four-digit decimal floating point, and also sent to a digital recorder in parallel half-duplex interrupt contact.
