发动机是飞机主要的动力来源,其提供飞机的电源,液压,气源,推力等,是飞机正常飞行最重要的装置之一。B737NG飞机使用的是CFM56-3发动机,本文以讨论与研究CFM56-3发动机为主。CFM56-3系列是CFM56的第一种衍生型号,专门为第二代波音737设计,静态推力介于18,500至23,500磅(82.3至105千牛)之间。CFM56-3系列的风扇直径比-2系列减小至60英寸(1.5米),但是保留了原始发动机布局。虽然CFM56-3发动机已是非常成熟以及先进的发动机,但每年还是有不少故障发生,其中发动机控制系统的故障也占有不少比例,本文通过常见故障分析结合实例排故的学习,加强对发动机系统的了解,以及提高在实际工作中维修能力。
