志愿者招募工作是大型活动顺利开展的基础,要从大型活动志愿者招募的原则和方式出发,探讨招募前的准备和招募中设计的基本模式,做好前期的调研工作,选择合适的招募方式,确立严格的甄选方法,设立完备的应急方案,确立相关的责任单位,运用场馆对接机制,重视志愿者的权利保障等。总结志愿者招募的经验,从实践层面上构建大型活动志愿者招募的机制,以保证招募到的优秀志愿者能够更好地为大型活动服务。
