提出了一种CMOS实现的平衡输出跨导运算放大器(BOTA)电路模型,该模型结构简单,仅由一个跨导运放和一个可变换的电流增益模块级联构成,通过偏置电流调节跨导增益,使线性电压输入范围提高三个数量级。采用BOTA与接地电容实现了三输入单输出的二阶通用滤波器设计。结果表明,该滤波器0可独立调节,且与Q正交,实现了0线性可调的高Q滤波。用Pspice仿真软件证实了滤波器的陷波特性和带通特性,实现了高、低Q值的灵活调节。
A balanced output transconductance operational amplifier (BOTA) circuit model based on CMOS is proposed. The model is simple in structure and consists of only one transconductance operational amplifier and a switchable current gain module. The transconductance is adjusted by the bias current Gain, the linear voltage input range increased by three orders of magnitude. Using BOTA and ground capacitance to achieve a three-input single-output second-order general-purpose filter design. The results show that the filter 0 can be adjusted independently and orthogonal to Q, achieving a high-Q filter with linearly adjustable 0. Pspice simulation software was used to confirm the filter notch characteristics and band-pass characteristics, to achieve high and low Q value of the flexible adjustment.
