以来扎溴铵为相转移催化剂，合成降血脂药安妥明类中间体对氯苯氧异丁酸。通过正交设计选出了最佳实验条件。收率大于３０％，产品熔点１１７～１２０℃，红外图谱与文献一致。
Since barium bromide as a phase transfer catalyst, synthesis of hypolipidemic agents clofibromide intermediate of chlorophenoxyisobutyric acid. The optimum experimental conditions were selected through orthogonal design. Yield greater than 30%, the product melting point 117 ~ 120 ℃, infrared spectra consistent with the literature.
