和谐的劳动关系是构建和谐社会的重要基础,也是工会组织在社会主义市场经济条件下实现主动、依法、科学维权的现实需要。工会组织作为党联系职工群众的桥梁纽带,只有坚持以人为本、认真履行维权职责,把创建和谐劳动关系作为贯彻“三个代表”重要思想、落实科学发展观的一项重要任务来抓,才能适应新形势、新任务变化的需求,不断促进共创企业和谐、共谋企业发展、共享发展成果的良好局面。
Harmonious labor relations are an important foundation for building a harmonious society and an actual need for trade unions to realize proactive, legally and science-based rights protection in the socialist market economy. As a bridge between the Party and the workers and the masses, trade unions, as a bridge between the masses of workers and the masses of the people, can only establish the harmonious labor relations as an important task of implementing the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ and implementing the scientific concept of development only if they adhere to the people-oriented principle and conscientiously perform their duties of safeguarding their rights. Adapt to the needs of the new situation and changes in new tasks, and continuously promote the establishment of a harmonious enterprise, seek common development of enterprises and share the good results of development.
