目的:考查初步编制的易怒体质量表的信度与效度。方法:以济南市18～55岁人群为目标对象,采取多阶段分层整群抽样的方式抽取学生、工人、农民共520人,以初选量表为调查工具对其进行问卷调查,考查量表的重测信度、分半信度、同质性信度、结构效度、内部相关系数及区分度。结果:易怒体质量表的重测信度在0.707～0.799,分半信度为0.900,同质性信度的Cronbach’sα系数是0.921。结构效度显示该量表符合逻辑关系,方差累计贡献率为56.068%,每个条目在其对应的公因子上的负荷都大于0.4,最小值为0.432,最大值为0.784。内部相关系数研究表明量表总分与各维度之间的相关在0.632～0.881之间,各维度之间的相关在0.401～0.692之间。区分度显示该量表可以有效地判别特质怒与非特质怒人群的体质特征。结论:易怒体质量表是灵敏、有效、可信的测量工具,能够较全面地反映易怒体质的特征。
OBJECTIVE: To test the reliability and validity of the preliminary constitution of irritable body mass. Methods: A total of 520 students, laborers and peasants were enrolled in this study. The preliminary questionnaire was used as a survey tool to conduct questionnaire survey, Test retest reliability, half reliability, homogeneity reliability, structural validity, internal correlation coefficient and discrimination. Results: The test-retest reliability of the body mass index ranged from 0.707 to 0.799, the half-confidence level was 0.900, and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of homogeneity reliability was 0.921. The structural validity shows that the scale is in a logical relationship with cumulative contribution rate of 56.068%. The load of each item on its corresponding common factor is greater than 0.4, the minimum is 0.432 and the maximum is 0.784. The internal correlation coefficient shows that the correlation between the total score and each dimension is between 0.632 and 0.881, and the correlation between each dimension is between 0.401 and 0.692. Discrimination shows that the scale can effectively discriminate the physical characteristics of anger and non-characteristic anger crowd. Conclusion: The irritable body mass scale is a sensitive, effective and reliable measurement tool, which can reflect the characteristics of irritability constitution more comprehensively.
