A retrospective analysis of the main pathological diagnosis of 3183 cases of autopsy with ≥13 years old in 36 years by International Classification of Diseases. The results showed that the detection rate of tumors was 33.6%, ranking the first place in 34/36 years and still increasing in recent years. The number of male liver cancer is much higher than that of women, and women are more likely to have lung cancer. The detection rate of infectious diseases and parasitic diseases has been declining year by year. However, in the recent 15 years, the incidence of tuberculosis has risen again. More than half of the cases were misdiagnosed or missed during their lifetime, especially in elderly cases. Liver disease accounts for about 1/5 of the total autopsy, of which liver cancer and cirrhosis account for more than 2/3, and is still increasing year by year. Nearly 10 years with the average age of autopsy cases increased, senile diseases are also increasing.
