采用计算机图像分析技术对榧属植物的花粉进行了分析测定，得到了花粉最大截面积、长轴、短轴、轴比、体积等三维形态学参数。提示计算机图像分析技术可用于建立生药鉴定学方面的系统数据库。
The computer image analysis technique was used to analyze and measure the pollen of Acer genus. The three-dimensional morphological parameters such as the maximum cross-sectional area, long axis, short axis, axial ratio, and volume of pollen were obtained. It is suggested that the computer image analysis technology can be used to establish a system database for the identification of crude drugs.
