为了降低排放和燃烧噪声以及改进燃油耗,通过分析放热率、针阀升程和喷油压力,研究了柴油机燃烧系统各参数,诸如喷油压力、喷孔直径、涡流比和废气再循环率对排放、燃烧噪声和燃油耗的影响,并根据这些研究结果,叙述了排放和燃烧噪声的降低以及燃油耗的改进。研究结果表明:减小喷孔直径对降低烟度和颗粒有效,而优化喷油定时和涡流比还可降低NOx。此外,采用废气再循环和提高喷油压力可以改进燃油耗、保持低的NOx和颗粒,而提高压缩比和减小喷孔直径则对降低燃烧噪声、保持低排放有效。
In order to reduce emission and combustion noise and improve fuel consumption, the parameters of diesel engine combustion system such as injection pressure, orifice diameter, vortex ratio and exhaust gas recirculation rate were studied by analyzing the heat release rate, needle lift and injection pressure The impact on emissions, combustion noise and fuel consumption, and based on these findings, describes reductions in emissions and combustion noise and improvements in fuel consumption. The results show that reducing the orifice diameter is effective for reducing smoke and particles, while optimizing the injection timing and vortex ratio can also reduce NOx. In addition, the use of exhaust gas recirculation and increased injection pressure can improve fuel consumption and maintain low NO x and particulates, while increasing the compression ratio and decreasing orifice diameter are effective in reducing combustion noise and maintaining low emissions.
