目的通过介绍我院临床药师参与布鲁菌病患者1例会诊的情况,总结临床药师参与药物治疗的作用。方法回顾性分析我院临床药师参与1例布鲁菌感染会诊治疗的案例。结果临床药师以专业特长参与临床治疗,配合医师为患者选择最佳用药方案,患者感染得到有效控制。结论临床药师参与药物治疗,及时进行药学监护,可提高患者用药的有效性及安全性。
Objective To summarize the role of clinical pharmacists in drug therapy by introducing the clinical pharmacists participating in one case of brucellosis in our hospital. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical pharmacists in our hospital involved in a case of brucellosis consultation treatment. Results The clinical pharmacists participated in the clinical treatment with professional expertise and cooperated with the physicians to select the best medication regimen for the patients. The infection was effectively controlled. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists involved in drug treatment, timely medical care, can improve the effectiveness and safety of the patient medication.
