昆明市儿童福利院院长乔贞强和他的团队,孜孜以求,挖掘儿童的生命潜能;改革实践,勇于“引进来,走出去”;探索创新,构建未来发展愿景。按照昆明市民政局民政事业发展规划,计划在五到十年内,以现有软硬件为基础,面向全省儿童,基本建成集医疗、康复、特殊教育、心理疏导、交流培训和社区支持等多功能综合示范型儿童福利机构,逐步实现由补缺型儿童福利向适度普惠型儿童福利转型。
Qiaozhen Qiang, dean of Kunming Child Welfare Institute and his team diligently tap the potential of children’s lives; reform and practice their courage to “bring in and go out”; explore innovation and build a vision of future development. According to the Civil Affairs Bureau of Civil Affairs Bureau of Kunming, it is planned to build medical and rehabilitation, special education, psychological counseling, exchange training and community support in the next five to ten years based on existing hardware and software for children in the province. Functional comprehensive model of children’s welfare institutions, and gradually realize the transition from a child-rearing child welfare to a moderately-inclusive child welfare.
