企业建设不仅依靠技术建设,人力资源建设也是企业建设的关键。人力资源是针对企业基层职工及企业建设者制定的管理制度,为了满足企业发展的需要,企业政工人员也需要有合理的管理制度。企业内部建设是企业稳定和谐发展的关键,企业政工人员是企业党组织的重要组成本分,企业和谐发展环境依靠政工人员的努力建设而成,因此,为了推动企业的建设发展,首先应该提升企业政工人员素质认识。本文从提升企业政工人员素质认识的重要性以及影响企业政工人员素质认识提升的原因两方面着手,对有效提升企业政工人员素质认识的对策做了简单介绍。
