目的:初步探讨MRI表观弥散加权系数在判断舍格伦综合征(SS)腮腺异常中的价值。方法:选取12例SS患者(病例组)和12例志愿者(对照组)作为研究对象。通过弥散加权成像(DWI)技术获取表观弥散加权系数(ADC)图,经Functool软件分析得到每组腮腺的ADC值,分别用配对样本和独立样本t检验对每组及组间腮腺ADC值进行统计分析。结果:病例组和对照组两侧腮腺的ADC均值分别为(1.047±0.515)×10-3mm2/sec、(1.087±0.426)×10-3mm2/sec和(0.682±0.107)×10-3mm2/sec、(0.652±0.153)×10-3mm2/sec,经配对样本t检验无明显差异;两组全部腮腺的ADC均值分别为(1.067±0.462)×10-3mm2/sec,(0.667±0.130)×10-3mm2/sec,经独立样本t检验两组间ADC存在明显差异,提示在SS患者腮腺中水分子有较少的限制性弥散。结论:通过DWI得到的ADC值可能有助于观察SS患者腮腺异常。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the value of apparent diffusion coefficient (MRI) of the MRI in judging parotid abnormalities in Sjogren’s syndrome (SS). Methods: Twelve SS patients (case group) and 12 volunteers (control group) were selected as the study subjects. Apparent diffusion weighted (ADC) maps were obtained by diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) technique. ADC value of parotid gland in each group was analyzed by Functool software. ADC value of parotid gland in each group and group was analyzed by paired samples and independent samples t-test respectively Statistical Analysis. Results: The ADCs of the parotid glands in the two groups were (1.047 ± 0.515) × 10-3mm2 / sec, (1.087 ± 0.426) × 10-3mm2 / sec and (0.682 ± 0.107) × 10-3mm2 / sec , (0.652 ± 0.153) × 10-3mm2 / sec, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the t-test. The ADCs of all parotid glands in the two groups were (1.067 ± 0.462) × 10-3mm2 / sec and (0.667 ± 0.130) -3mm2 / sec, independent samples t test ADC significant difference between the two groups, suggesting that the parotid gland in patients with SS less restrictive diffusion of water molecules. CONCLUSIONS: ADC values obtained by DWI may be helpful in the observation of parotid abnormalities in patients with SS.
