东北地区是三北防护林建设的主战场,由于历史、经济和客观条件的制约,特别是长期主观意识认知上的不足,三北防护林建设过程中还存在着生态系统不合理、树种单一、林分质量不高、经济林过大等问题。本文根据东北地区林业实际,在描述当前东北地区三北防护林建设现状的基础上,对存在于东北地区三北防护林工程建设中存在的问题进行了阐述,提供了通过资金、林区、科技和法律等方法和手段提升东北地区三北防护林建设水平的对策。 Northeast China is the main battlefield for the construction of the Three North Shelterbelt. Due to the constraints of history, economy and objective conditions, especially the long-term subjective awareness, there are still some problems in the construction of Three-North Shelterbelt, such as irrational ecosystems, single tree species, Sub-quality is not high, too much economic forest and other issues. Based on the actual forestry in northeastern China, this paper describes the current situation of the Three North Shelterbelt in northeastern China and elaborates the existing problems in the construction of Three North Shelterbelt in Northeast China. And other methods and means to improve the Northeast three shelterbelt construction strategy.
