根据静电场的Robin积分方程,推导出了一组适用于有界恒定电场的积分方程,它们描述了缺陷参数同表面电位的关系.经过一个具有解析解的例子验证后,将其推广到半空间的情形,并对积分方程进行了离散,最后对一典型三维模型进行了数值模拟.模拟结果表明了该方法的正确性和有效性.
