Higher vocational colleges are also the cradle for cultivating talents for the country and the place. Students can be divided into different levels, but the talents are all needed by the society. The Ministry of Labor and Social Security China Employment Training and Technology Center launched the National 1 + N composite talented people vocational training project, which is a new form of vocational colleges to adapt to the development and reform of vocational education.
