从五十年代后期起,数字计算机已用于矿物加工中,最早仅用作工艺模拟和设备最佳参数的选定。近年来,计算机已被用来记录过程的进行和设备的简单控制,但远未实现对高级水平的控制。如自磨这类工艺过程,因缺乏实验数据模型,至今尚不完善。为收集建立模型的资料,还应注意掌握工艺过程的机理。现缺乏既懂矿物加工技术,又能用计算机来改进矿物加工的工程技术人员,这是目前存在的一个主要问题。
Since the late 1950s, digital computers have been used in mineral processing, earliest only for process simulation and the selection of the best parameters for equipment. In recent years, computers have been used to document the progress of the process and the simple controls of the equipment, but control of the advanced level is far from being realized. Such as self-grinding process, due to lack of experimental data model, is still not perfect. In order to collect the data of establishing the model, we should also pay attention to master the mechanism of the process. There is a lack of engineering and technical personnel who know both mineral processing and computer processing to improve their mineral processing. This is a major problem currently existing.
