目的:总结胃镜下治疗胃石症的经验,探讨如何简单经济有效地治疗胃石症。方法:在胃镜下使用碎石圈套器圈套切割粉碎胃石,结合抑酸剂、胃动力药物治疗33例胃石症患者。结果:33例患者中29例经1次镜下治疗胃石消失,4例2次镜下治疗胃石消失,所有患者均无并发症出现。结论:胃镜下碎石圈套器切割粉碎胃石结合术后予以抑酸、促动力药物是经济有效的治疗方法,器械简单,患者痛苦少,便于临床推广使用。
Objective: To summarize the experience of endoscopy under gastroscopy and to explore how to treat gastropathy easily and economically. Methods: The gastroscope was used to cut and crush gastrostoma with the lithotripsy device. 33 cases of patients with gasishi were treated with antacids and gastric motility drugs. Results: Twenty-nine of 33 patients disappeared after one-step microsurgery and four cases of second-order gastroscope disappeared. All patients had no complication. Conclusions: Gastroscopic lithotripsy is a cost-effective and effective method for the treatment of patients with gastric acid-stone combined with cutting and crushing gastrogavage. It has the advantages of simple equipment, less pain, and is convenient for clinical use.
