农村党员是贯彻落实党在农村的路线方针政策,带领农民群众推进农业现代化,共同建设社会主义新农村的骨干力量,但还存在整体素质偏低的问题。因此,必须从强化农村党员教育资源与机会的配置入手,推动农村党员素质教育不断提升和发展。通过多维视角分析,农村党员素质教育资源与机会在农村党员素质教育中的作用是:推动促进、聚集吸引、传递输送、激励引导、溢出增值、修正调整。
The rural party members are the backbone forces in implementing the party’s guidelines and policies in rural areas, leading the peasants and masses in promoting agricultural modernization and jointly building a new socialist countryside, but there are still problems of low overall quality. Therefore, it is necessary to start with the allocation of education resources and opportunities for rural party members, and to promote the continuous improvement and development of the quality education of party members in rural areas. Through multidimensional perspective analysis, the quality education resources and opportunities for rural party members in the rural party members’ quality education are: promote promotion, gather attraction, transmission and delivery, encourage and guide, spillover added value, and make corrections and adjustments.
