输氧管道输送炼钢车间,在2.7km距离的输氧管道先正确的选择氧气流速,计算管径。有了管径再进行计算沿程管道阻力压力降(包括弯头等)。正确选择流速很重要,它关系到安全和经济因素,流速增大,管径要缩小,管道压力降会增加,反之管径选大,流速小,管道压力降也减少,但投资要增多。如何保持好二者的关系,最后反应到成本方案比较,然后方可决定管径是否合理。
