采用2000GS、4000GS、5000GS 3种强度磁化水对黄瓜种子进行浸种处理,测定了发芽率、发芽势和集中度。结果表明:磁化水浸种能显著或极显著提高黄瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势,其中以4000GS 浸种效果最好;4000GS 下,黄瓜种子浸种时间以4～6h 为宜,集中度、发芽势、发芽率平均为80.0%、88.2%、93.7%。
The seeds of cucumber were soaked with 3 kinds of magnetized water of 2000GS, 4000GS and 5000GS. The germination rate, germination energy and concentration were measured. The results showed that the soaking of magnetized water significantly or very significantly increased the germination rate and germination potential of cucumber seeds, of which the soaking with 4000GS was the best; the soaking time of cucumber seed was 4 ~ 6h under 4000GS, the concentration, germination potential and germination The rates averaged 80.0%, 88.2% and 93.7%.
