目的探讨骨科床旁摄影实施质量管理的方法和手段。方法通过对我院住院部长期的质控调查和数据统计的进一步认识,制定了一系列科学的各项管理方法。结果分析总结了形成影像质量缺陷的各种主要原因,针对影像质量的各种影响因素提出了相应的改进对策。结论运用合理科学的具体方法完善床旁摄影的质量保证,是全面实施质量管理的重要步骤之一。
Objective To discuss the methods and means of quality management of orthopedic bedside radiography. Methods Through the long-term quality control in our hospital inquiries and data to further understand the statistics, developed a series of scientific management methods. The results summarize the main reasons for the formation of image quality defects, and propose corresponding improvement measures for various influencing factors of image quality. Conclusion It is one of the most important steps to implement the quality management to perfect the quality assurance of bedside photography by using reasonable and scientific concrete methods.
