作为高校历史文化的重要载体,高校历史风貌建筑除具备一般历史建筑具有的历史、科学和艺术价值外,还具有显著的育人功能和教育价值。本文剖析了历史风貌建筑的核心价值体现,在分析天津大学现存历史风貌建筑价值基础上,阐述了高校历史风貌建筑保护与利用的方法及策略,研究结果表明,在保护和利用高校历史风貌建筑的过程中,应正确处理传统与现代、老建筑与新建筑、预防性与抢救性、保护与修缮的关系,在充分挖掘高校历史风貌建筑育人价值的基础上,努力把高校建设成为文化遗产保护的重要高地,发挥高校在遗产保护领域应有的引领作用。
