目的:探讨女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者阴道壁结缔组织中基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-3(TIMP-3)的表达与SUI发病的关系。方法:30例有完整随访资料的女性SUI患者的阴道壁结缔组织标本为研究组(SUI组),30例有完整随访资料的女性POP患者的阴道壁结缔组织标本为研究对照组(POP组),30例无SUI和POP妇女为对照组,分别染色显示MMP-7和TIMP-3表达的情况。结果:SUI组患者的MMP-7均较对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TIMP-3显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-7与TIMP-3在A组和B组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MMP-7升高对胶原纤维的降解增加,TIMP-3下降对胶原纤维降解的抑制作用减弱,使得总体上对胶原纤维的降解增强,导致组织弹性降低,可能在SUI的发生过程中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-3 (TIMP-3) in the vaginal wall connective tissue and the pathogenesis of SUI in female stress urinary incontinence (SUI) Methods: 30 cases of female SUI patients with complete follow-up data of the vaginal wall connective tissue specimens (SUI group), 30 cases with complete follow-up data of female POP patients vaginal wall connective tissue specimens for the control group (POP group) , 30 cases of women without SUI and POP as control group were stained to show the expression of MMP-7 and TIMP-3. Results: The levels of MMP-7 in SUI group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The TIMP-3 level was significantly lower in SUI group (P <0.05). The difference of MMP-7 and TIMP-3 in group A and group B was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Increased MMP-7 may increase the degradation of collagen fibers and decrease the inhibitory effect of decreased TIMP-3 on the degradation of collagen fibers, resulting in the degradation of collagen fibers as a whole, resulting in the decrease of tissue elasticity, which may play a role in the occurrence of SUI Important role.
